Sekretariati i Unionit Ballkano Egjiptian – UBE, duke u bazuar në vendimin e Kryesisë së UBE  ka kënaqësinë të shpallë thirje për konkurrim  për artistët të cilët do të jenë të interesuar të krijojnë simbolin, flamurin, tekstin e himnës dhe muzikën e himnës të UBE.

The Secretariat of the Union of the Balkans Egyptians - UBE based on the decision of the Presidency of UBE is pleased to announce a call for competition addressed to the artists who are interested to create the symbol, flag, text of the anthem and the music of the anthem of UBE.

In a framework of the project "Effective participation of Ethnic Communities Vulnerable to Racial Discrimination in Public life of Western Balkan", Rubin Zemon PhD-Secretary General of UBE, Robertina Ashouri- President of UBE for Western Europe, Jasna Petrovska- project assistant and Alberto Zejnel- local mediator, are participating in a closing conference of  "Support to civil society dialogue- People to People actions: Minority rights: Consolidating partnership between CSOs and public authorities", held from 11-12 of April 2011, in a seat of European Commission in Brussels. Participation in a closing conference is financed by EU and Municipality of Ohrid, Macedonia.
